Care & Longevity
- Wash the pad on gentle in a large-capacity machine every few months.
- Tumble dry the pad low with dryer balls; shake it out mid-cycle.
- Wash the pillows every three to four months, two at a time for balance.
- Dry pillows on low and check the fill is bone dry before use.
- Keep a fitted sheet over the pad so the sheet takes the daily wear.
Common Questions
Does the pad protect against spills?
No. It protects against wear and dust. For liquid protection, put a waterproof mattress protector under the pad.
Will my fitted sheet still fit?
With a deep-pocket sheet, yes. Add the pad thickness to your mattress height and compare with the pocket depth on your sheets.
Are the pillows firm or soft?
Soft to medium — the plush hotel feel. If you want firm neck support instead, the shredded memory foam pillows in this collection are the ones to look at.
Can the pad go over an existing topper?
It can, but check the total height against the skirt's stretch range first. Stacking two thick layers also tends to make the bed feel unstable rather than plusher.
