Can the silk case go in the washing machine?
On a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, cold, with a silk-safe detergent. Hand washing is gentler and takes five minutes. What ruins silk is hot water, enzyme detergent, bleach and tumble drying.
How much fill should I remove from the pillow?
Lie on it as it arrives first. Remove a handful at a time if your chin tilts towards your chest, and stop when your neck sits in line with your spine. Stomach sleepers usually take out the most.
